Terms of Service

By accessing or using FluenceSecurity services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FluenceSecurity. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

FluenceSecurity provides professional cybersecurity services designed to protect your organization from digital threats. Our services include:

• Security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Managed detection and response (MDR/XDR)
• Email protection and phishing prevention
• Security awareness training and phishing simulations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Cooperate with our security recommendations

All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, methodologies, reports, and documentation, remain the property of FluenceSecurity. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without prior written consent.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes security findings, system configurations, and business information. We will never disclose your security vulnerabilities to third parties without your explicit consent.

While we strive to provide the highest quality cybersecurity services, we cannot guarantee complete protection against all threats. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from security incidents, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these terms or engage in activities that could harm our systems or other clients. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and we will securely destroy or return your data as requested.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland, unless otherwise agreed in a separate service agreement.
